Position: Vice President of Investments
Location: United States
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute investment strategies.
Research and report on energy industry trends.
Provide analytical support to portfolio companies.
Source and evaluate investment opportunities.
Maintain financial models for transactions.
Lead negotiations and manage partner relationships.
Present performance updates to senior management.
Mentor junior investment team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a top university.
MBA, CFA, or similar advanced degree preferred.
3+ years in private equity, investment banking, or finance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in financial modeling and analysis.
Ethical, curious, and results-driven.
Experience in oil and gas industry a plus.
Knowledge of structured finance and equity structures preferred.
Compensation:
Salary: $150,000—$350,000 USD
Total Compensation: $187,500—$700,000 USD
