The VP of HRIS and Total Rewards position is for you, if you would enjoy:
• Being responsible for development and deployment of the HR operational processes, systems, shared services and associated analytics, organizational design and development, PEX management, Payroll administration and the Company's Total Rewards portfolio, inclusive of Compensation, Benefits, Wellness and other related activities.
• Being based out of our East Rutherford, New Jersey office, with a hybrid work-model

Key Accountabilities - your team is counting on you as a VP of HRIS and Total Rewards to:
• Manage and oversee all HR related systems within HR which include however not limited to, HRIS (all modules - Performance & Succession Management, ATS, Self-Service, etc.), Kronos, Payroll, etc.
• HRIS implementation, operations, maintenance, sustainment and integration with Global.
• External (Governance, audit and federal, state) HR compliance familiarity.
• Internal HR compliance and requirements.
• HRIS analytics, metrics and reporting (and functionality).
• Develop, implement, and modify system requirements. Develop reports to meet the requirements of company management and staff.
• Identify training needs of end users and develop and provide the necessary training to meet those needs in collaboration with the L&D team.
• Partner with other internal corporate functions (Global, Finance, IT) and vendors to provide data and services that will ensure optimal performance to the HR team and our Team Members.
• Review, create and implement standard operating procedures and mechanisms to ensure data integrity.
• Special Projects as required to support global integration.
• PEX ownership and HR department Operating Expense oversight.
• Manage Payroll function and integration of Payroll processes into other operating systems.
• Oversee Total Rewards team ensuring programs are providing state of the art benefits, compensation and rewards to our Team Members (benchmarking to be efficient and cost effective, but attractive to help attract and retain key Team Members.)

VP of HRIS and Total Rewards Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years related management experience required.
• Multi-unit/multi-state, related industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting and interpersonal skills.
• Should possess strong project management skills especially with system implementations (preferably with Kronos and SAP).
• Strong working expertise of Success Factors, ADP & Employee and Manager Self Service (Preferred).
• Must possess HR Budget experience.
• Working knowledge of Payroll.
• Experience managing full Benefits Portfolio, preferably with a self-funded Plan model.
• Strong communication, project management, prioritization skills
• Able to effectively manage relationships throughout an organization as well as interact with senior management.
• Organizational design and development experience a plus.
