Overview

Licking Knox Goodwill Industries, Inc. has a great opportunity for an experienced finance professional who is looking to join a mission-driven non-profit team and organization. We currently have a critical opening that involves managing financial operations, accounting, budgeting, costing, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership, ensuring the development and execution of financial strategies, policies, and practices that align with our mission and strategic objectives.
• Manage financial reporting processes and provide accurate, timely and relevant financial information to support decision-making.
• Optimize cash flow and liquidity management, including overseeing the company’s account payable and accounts receivable.
• Lead and mentor a team OF FINANCE and accounting professionals, fostering collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to support business strategies and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all accounting and regulatory standards, overseeing internal and external audits.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proven experience in a finance leadership role with a nonprofit organization.
• Experience with SAGE/INTACCT preferred.
