With a significant presence in North America, we are expanding our team and seeking a seasoned Vice President, Human Resources to drive transformation within our North American organization.
Job Description
Role Overview:
As the Vice President, Human Resources, you will play a crucial role in leading the transformation of our North America organization. Your responsibilities will include implementing Group HR Policies, creating relevant HR local processes and policies, managing our shelter company for our Mexican plants, and fostering a strong HR governance within the North America Zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the transformation of the North America organization by implementing Group HR Policies,
- Develop and implement HR local processes and policies tailored to the region,
- Manage our shelter company for Mexican plants, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing HR operations,
- Utilize a strong HR background, ideally in an industrial context, to enhance the effectiveness of HR initiatives,
- Demonstrate leadership by elevating HR through the implementation of key processes and policies,
Key Targets & Expected Results:
- Strengthen HR governance within the North America Zone,
- fostering a cohesive and compliant working environment,
- Lead our Great Place to Work approach on our sites.
Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence change.

- Solid HR experience in an industrial context.
- Proficiency in Spanish is essential.
Desired Profile:
We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a deep understanding of industrial populations and comprehensive knowledge of North American regulations and culture, encompassing both the USA and Mexico. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, possess strong leadership skills, and be fluent in Spanish.
