Hybrid schedule: Our office teams have transitioned back to working in the office on a regular hybrid schedule. At present, team members are expected in the office an average of three (3) days a week. Decisions regarding any changes to our hybrid schedule will be communicated.

What you will be doing:
The VP, Experience Planning, Media, Digital & Data Strategy will oversee the experience and digital strategy teams responsible for strategic oversight of Media AOR and ensuring experience plans and digital activation deliver brand growth expectations and YOY ROAS improvements. This leader will bring robust media and digital experience, ensuring brand experience plans fully leverage brand foundation work (e.g., growth audiences), consumer journeys for full-funnel Experience Planning, and robust data strategies for digital activation. Additionally, oversee the Media AOR relationship along with annual media spending.
- Accountable for creation of Experience Planning discipline and oversight of Experience Planning and Digital Strategy team
- Oversee and lead the development of optimized strategies of the brands across all channels, including national media, retailer media, and DTC, to ensure strategies and plans that clearly reflect category/brand business objectives and drive sales/market share growth
- Serve as a motivational leader for other regional media leads across the globe and contributor to Global Media Guardrails
- Lead oversight of Media AOR, including quarterly business review meetings
- Develop U.S. media principles and educate marketing organization on principles to ensure experience plans leverage best practices
- Develop a preferred list of partners and ensure partners are briefed on our growth tenets (e.g. JBP)
- Influence and define the right KPIs by campaign type and channel, analyze results, and give advice for further optimization
- Identify, manage, share, and introduce best media practices and lessons, including digital media, across the regions
- Provide thought leadership on media landscape evolution to stay at the forefront of media innovations

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 15+ years of professional experience with relevant consumer insight background
- Prior experience in a Senior Director or VP level role
- Experience in consumer packaged goods industry
- Experienced with multiple types of customer research, including positioning, brand architecture, creative/messaging development and evaluation, innovation ideation, development, and evaluation, claims testing, segmentation, omni-channel consumer journey's, path to purchase, brand health tracking, etc.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

In New York City, the standard base pay range for this role is $191,154.83 to $318,960.12 annually. This base pay range is specific to New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
