Job Description

The VP of Corporate Marketing at Therapy Brands will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Corporate Marketing strategy that enhances our brand's visibility, reputation, and leadership in the market. This role demands a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record in SaaS, software, or startup environments, capable of managing multiple initiatives that span brand management, public relations, corporate communications, and event marketing. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of an integrated Corporate Marketing strategy to enhance brand equity, awareness, and market positioning. 
  • Oversee all aspects of brand management, including messaging, brand guidelines, and the consistent application of the brand across all channels and touchpoints. 
  • Direct corporate communications and public relations efforts to build and maintain a positive brand reputation, including media relations, press releases, and executive communications. 
  • Strategize and execute high-impact marketing initiatives, such as corporate events, sponsorships, and partnerships, to increase brand visibility and engagement. 
  • Collaborate with product marketing and demand generation teams to ensure alignment on messaging, campaigns, and strategic initiatives. 
  • Lead the digital marketing strategy for corporate branding, including the management of the corporate website and social media channels. 
  • Manage all multimedia efforts, including videos, animations, and podcasts. 
  • Develop a creative, differentiate visual identity for the company and lead the graphic design function.  
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of Corporate Marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly. 
  • Manage and mentor the Corporate Marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability. 
  • Serve as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to overall business strategy and operational planning. 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. 
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role within a SaaS, software, or startup environment. 
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive Corporate Marketing strategies that have materially impacted brand visibility and business growth. 
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing marketing team. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders. 
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and corporate communications. 
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
