The Balance Sheet Mgmt Ld Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas.

In addition to mastering specific assignments, it is expected that the participant will utilize this opportunity to gain an understanding of how Treasury and Finance groups are structured and build a broad network across functions.
The candidate will have opportunities to:
- Produce and coordinate materials for CFO reviews, quarterly earnings prep sessions, and Board meetings in order to provide senior management with key insights and drive decision making
- Produce key metrics for Citi's CFO and drive daily intra-month Balance Sheet analytics
- Perform in-depth analysis of Citi's Balance Sheet activity, net interest income (NII), net interest margin (NIM), and interest rate exposure (IRE) across multiple interest rate shock scenarios
- Support in the production of key capital, liquidity, and NII/NIM scenario analysis that is presented to senior management to provide understanding of key Balance Sheet constraints and drive discussion on potential mitigating actions
- Support peers analysis focused on NII, NIM, IRE and other key metrics, to benchmark Citi's performance against major competitors
Qualification
- 6-10 years of experience in Finance
- Must have advanced analytical skills but also the ability to see the big picture
- Excellent communication skills are imperative i.e. ability to make complex subjects easily digestible for senior management
- Demonstrates proven Power Point and Excel skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to interact with all levels of management Must be a team player
