Volunteer Tax Preparer

This position provides free tax return preparation for eligible taxpayers. Establishes the greatest degree of public trust to provide top quality service and uphold the highest of ethical standards.
1. Knowledgeable in tax preparation
2. Must have a working knowledge of office equipment, computer hardware, and peripheral devices.
3. must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and professionalism
4. Ability to work in a team environment
5. Proficient in MS office applications: outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
6. Willingness to accept responsibilities.
7. Results oriented with the ability to self-direct.
