Mobile HeaL, which stands for Mobile Health and Learning, is UCSF Fresno's mobile clinic. Through Mobile HeaL, UCSF Fresno takes health care to communities where it is needed most and provides learning opportunities for future health care providers. The COVID-19 Equity Project (CEP) expands UCSF Fresno's Mobile HeaL program by bringing equal access to barrier-free COVID and other health care services to target communities, in partnership with community-based organizations. We are staffed by members from communities we serve and seek to develop current and aspiring health care professionals through service to underrepresented communities.
The LVN works with the Clinical Lead and alongside a team of clinical assistants to ensure high-quality clinical care in support of the Mobile HeaL department goal to provide barrier-free care via a unique drive-thru model and mobile outreach events.
Duties include assisting with monitoring and assessing clinical staff skills, data and equipment monitoring, reporting, community outreach, education, and improving quality of care. The LVN is primarily responsible for monitoring, assessing, and modifying clinic flow, and provides support and back up for the Clinical Lead.

For roles covered by a bargaining unit agreement, there will be specific rules about where a new hire would be placed on the range.
