We are seeking a talented and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and layouts to attract customers and increase sales. Your role will involve using your artistic skills and knowledge of retail trends to enhance the overall shopping experience.
```Duties:```
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to promote products and drive sales
- Create eye-catching displays that highlight product features and benefits
- Arrange merchandise in an aesthetically pleasing manner, following brand guidelines
- Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to understand product goals and objectives
- Conduct market research to stay updated on current retail trends and competitor activities
- Maintain inventory of visual merchandising materials, including props, signage, and display fixtures
- Ensure that displays are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
- Ability to lift, push and pull a minimum of 50 lbs.
```Skills:```
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Creativity and artistic ability to design visually appealing displays
- Understanding of interior design principles to create harmonious store layouts
- Assist in onsite design installations, which includes hanging mirrors, art, etc..
-Skilled use of basic tools
- Be able to shift focus and schedule as needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
