Description:
The Department ofOccupational Therapy is seeking a full-time Visiting Research Specialist tocontribute to the design, implementation, and evaluation of the ASIAAN project.'Aging Services Inclusive of Asian American Networks' (ASIAAN) is a technicalassistance and resource development center that will address healthcare andsocial service barriers affecting Asian American older adults by buildingcapacity for culturally relevant care within service systems, fostering healthliteracy among older adults and their caregivers, and cultivating culturalsensitivity among future health and social service providers.
This position contributes to the design and delivery of research projects and collaborates with researchers to develop, execute and interpret research projects. Performs complex data collection and study methods. This position is the principal contributor for managing a technical assistance and resource center and research projects within the center. Perform management and complex study tasks include data collection and analysis. Coordinate and direct the work and research tasks of lower level research staff.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social science or related field required.
- A minimum of 3 years related research experience.
- Possesses and applies advanced knowledge of research principles, concepts, practices and methods
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in social science preferred.
A minimum of 5 years related project management experience.
Knowledge of program evaluation methods, and basic budget management.
