2. Coordinates patient services, vision therapy schedules and student rotations for the PEDS/BV service, and is responsible for the day-to-day operational activities of the service at all three clinic locations.
3. Provides appropriate supervision and assistance to students and residents during their PEDS/BV rotations to ensure efficient clinic operations and patient flow.
4. Maintains adequate level of vision therapy equipment inventory for resale and prepares reports at the end of the fiscal and calendar year to ensure adequate inventory and reduce shrinkage.
5. Maintains supplies and coordinates the appropriate maintenance and/or replacement of in office vision therapy equipment.
6. Completes other projects as assigned.
7. Performs other duties as assigned or required.
1. Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), data entry skills and internet research abilities.
2. Proficient in the use of vision therapy equipment.
3. General knowledge of bookkeeping.

Physical Requirements and Working Environment:
1. Must be able to climb, bend, and carry optical supplies.
2. Must be able to climb, bend, and carry patient records and supplies.
3. Must be able to lift items weighing more than 10 lbs.
4. Speech recognition - must be able to identify and understand the speech of another person.
5. Speech clarity - must be able to speak clearly so others can understand you.
6. Near vision - must be able to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).
7. Travel - must be able to travel on a daily and/or overnight basis.
8. May be required to work nights or weekends.
9. May be exposed to short, intermittent, and/or prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing in performance of job duties.
10. May be required to accomplish job duties using various types of equipment/supplies, to include but not limited to pens, pencils, and computer keyboards.
2. One (1) year of clerical and/or customer service experience.
