We have all had a doctor visit recently and had the room mic’d (called Ambient visits) to record our visit! That’s the future of our business and that’s where most of the work will be found over the next few years. You’ve all heard of AI, and you can get in on that experience so you are well established for work when you want it!

Well, Phoenix MedCom is looking for Scribes/Transcriptionists to join our team in working those visits! Marrying your SKILL AND EXPERTISE WITH AI to turn that whole voice recording into a cohesive medical report right into the EMR!

With AMBIENT EXPERIENCE, (MIC’D DOCTOR VISITS) it allows you to use your expertise to be the Providers ‘editor’, to recreate the patient to doctor visit FROM DICTATION AND HINTS FROM AI into a traditional consult!

**Hours:**

-Tell us the number of hours you are looking to work a day -- MINIMUM of 4 hours. We want to be sure we have the work here for you to meet your target earnings, so we ask you to tell us what you are looking to do. Split your hours so that they work best for you.

- Flexible hours with no maximum limit.

-Monday-Friday, Paid time means TYPING time, not logged in time. You will record your time on your encounters including the upload time, and your numbers are used for your pay. There are NO MAXIMUM hours! Work between hours 2PM to Evening Hours EST -- minimum of 4 hours.

· Operating hours: 2PM Eastern to any Evening Hours OR ANY COMBINATION OF 4 HRS STARTING AT 2 PM.

MOUNTAIN AND PACIFIC TIME ZONES PARTICULARLY DESIRED TO ACCOMMODATE WORK COMING IN AFTER 4 PM EASTERN TIME!

- This position is 1099, Independent Contractor, offering flexibility and ability to deduct some home expenses from your taxes each year.

- Comprehensive PAID PLATFORM AND ACCOUNT training will be provided to familiarize you with the physician's preferences and the designated documentation platform. We do NOT train basic medical transcription!

- $15.00 per hour GUARANTEED PAID TRAINING X 4 HRS PER DAY

-POST Training Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour based on production and the working hours you requested during interview.

**Qualifications: **

-Scribe OR Medical transcription documentation

-1+-year RECENT experience a MUST! We do not train in basic medical transcription

**Technical Requirements: **

- If you have a computer that was purchased in the last 3 years, you most likely meet the spec requirements (8 gigabytes memory and quick processor speed)

-Windows 10 or Windows 11

- Second Monitor to extend your computer screen and Camera Required (camera used for training purposes is MANDATORY

-CABLE, PHONE LINE INTERNET ONLY!!! NO SATELLITE OR DSL

- Your own MICROSOFT 365 Account (with Word and Excel applications downloaded on your computer) and ADOBE PDF READER REQUIRED

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
