The Sales Virtual Assistant plays a crucial role of Laurie Reader Real Estate. The role consists of supporting our sales department by assisting with various tasks and projects to increase productivity. You will collaborate with our sales team to maintain the company's internal process for all inbound lead progression and conversion. In addition, we expect that everyone in the organization delivers the “Laurie Reader Experience” which is a personal experience, based on trust, dependability, and caring for each person to help build a better community.
This is a remote, full-time position working from Wednesday - Sunday or Tuesday - Tuesday 9 am - 6 pm EST.
Compensation: between $4.50 - $8.50 hourly, depending on experience level
Responsibilities are as follows:
Data Management and Analytics:
Help organize and maintain our database, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports daily and weekly for analysis.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative assistance to the sales team, including attending sales meetings, managing CRM data, and coordinating tasks.
Agent Support:
Daily interaction to support Lead Products and sales conversion. Data management and input for sales teams.
Management Support:
Proactively manage work and projects with the Sales Operations manager by providing clear daily updates on projects and data management.
Qualifications:
Must have 1+ year of CRM experience
Must have 1+ year experience with Data Entry
Ability to work independently while asking questions and seeking support in a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Dependable, reliable, and on time.
Prior experience in real estate is a plus.
Ability to communicate and execute projects with extreme attention to detail.
