Pay ranges from $21 - $30 per hour depending on multiple factors, including specific location, individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
In addition to the competitive pay, this role offers part-time benefits, including:

Responsibilities
Our teachers work in small groups with students at a 3 student to one teacher ratio. C2 Education offers teachers strong administrative and leadership support so they can focus solely on what matters: tutoring students. Our Center Directors and District Managers for each center take care of the scheduling and communication with parents.
- Tutor students in small groups (3 students max).
- Tailor C2 Education’s proprietary curriculum on SAT, ACT, AP, and school subjects to students’ needs.
- Track and analyze student progress.
- Perform team-based activities as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A./B.S.).
- Excited about working with families and students to achieve their goals.
- Eligible to work in the US.
- C2 Education Qualifying Exam score placing the candidate in the 95th percentile. The qualifying exam can be waived if the candidate can supply an official score report for an official SAT from the last 10 years that meets the threshold.Candidates may choose from Reading/Writing or Math
- Ability to teach AP Environmental Science. Teaching proficiency will be measured through qualifying testing or an existing AP score from the last 10 years. .
- Must have a private, quiet location from which to teach virtual tutoring sessions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and virtual teaching tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- AP-level knowledge in one or more additional subject areas.
- Previous teaching experience highly desired. No teacher certification or licensure necessary.
- Previous experience in AP courses preferred. No AP certification required.
