The VIP Visit Specialist is responsible for coordinating VIP guest visits by providing superior guest service via multiple modes of communication and ensuring player development support for Casino Host team.
- Evaluates player ratings to determine access and availability of Marketing events and promotions whether event is on or off property.
- Manages requests from outside property partners.
- Works closely with Player Development, Host, Hospitality Services and National Marketing to execute requests for VIP players.
- Actively seeks new players through networking.
- Cultivates good customer relations to entice incremental trips to the casino from existing customers and supports Casino Host team in building the gaming worth of assigned player base.
- Speaks with qualified players in person or by phone to sell promotions and special events.
- Assists with off property functions such as sponsorships, local, regional and statewide events as determined by the Marketing department.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
