Videographer & Content Creator

Seeking an experienced Video Production Director to join the dynamic team of business owner, keynote speaker, podcast host, and bestselling author Mike Claudio with the responsibility of overseeing videography, content editing, and distribution for WinRate Consulting and the Mike Claudio brand.

The ideal candidate will embody a commitment to professional and personal growth while advocating and integrating the core values of the company into their daily activities.

$50,000 - $70,000 yearly

• Record, review, and edit daily footage to create polished, high-quality videos suitable for diverse channels and formats, including long-form stories, shorts & teasers, tailored for various platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Travel approximately 20 weeks per year to live events to manage event videography and/or photo shoots.
• Oversee and execute post-production in a timely manner, delivering multiple cuts of single pieces and thumbnails for digital distribution and targeted campaigns.
• Implement current content repurposing strategies to maximize the impact of existing content.
• Capture, shoot, and produce event highlights in both long and short forms optimized for YouTube and other social platforms.

Additional responsibilities for the videographer and content editor:

• Develop innovative and creative content concepts that align with the brand and resonate with the target audience.
• Collaborate with the team to create comprehensive content plans and schedules to maintain a consistent and engaging online presence.
• Utilize data and feedback to refine and enhance content strategies for maximum audience engagement and growth.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to continually improve and innovate the quality and impact of video content.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of multimedia projects to support marketing campaigns and branding efforts.

• Previous experience in videography, content management, and photography is essential.
• Success will be determined by the ongoing growth of viewership and engagement across channels, positive reviews, and favorable like ratios on produced content, as well as successfully expanding the audience reach through compelling and effective content.
