As the Video Producer & Editor, you will leverage your soup-to-nuts expertise in video production, encompassing scene conception, setup, shooting, and post-production.
What you’ll do:
- Film and edit engaging video content to promote, market, and evangelize the stories of ABC teammates and families.
- Create, produce, and edit videos and features for content channels that connect with prospective new hires, referring physicians, and prospective parents – often operating under tight deadlines and quick turnarounds.
- Act as lead Producer on Studio Production shoots, executing dynamic shoots for a variety of media, and using expertise with lighting, video and audio capture, and staging to deliver consistent, professional production.
- Create content and video concepts in accordance with our key events, brand campaigns, and partnerships. Work with the Director of Digital Marketing to prioritize. these concepts by highest impact for our organization.
- Create graphics for video and capture voiceovers when needed.

- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor while working with professional clinicians and operations teammates.
- Strong work ethic and solution-oriented thinking in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional time management is essential.

- Excellent and creative visual storyteller – comfortable exercising strong editorial judgment across still and video media.

Who you are:
- Passionate about elevating basic communications into beautiful visuals and collateral, captivating audiences through effective and aesthetic use of design principles.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva, including an awesome portfolio showing your experience with Adobe.
- A great teammate, who buys into our team principle that together we can be something greater than the sum or our individual abilities.
- Solid grasp of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Interest in healthcare, specifically, autism and ABA therapy.
- Experience with animation, and/or graphic design are a plus.
- Eager to elevate your production career with a growing, innovative company.
- Bachelor's degree in Video Production, Visual Communications, or a related field.

Location and Travel: We are open to candidates who live and work in any of our existing markets (Austin, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Chicago, Minnesota, Charlotte (NC), Raleigh, Phoenix, and Tucson), with the understanding that travel will be required (20-50%) to cover events outside of your home market.
