Job Summary:
Join FedWriters as a Video Producer for the US Department of Transportation, where you'll shape compelling visual narratives to highlight the importance of transportation projects along the Great Lakes St. Lawrence Seaway. Responsibilities Include:
- Conceptualizing video ideas and creative direction based on GLS goals
- Writing video scripts and storyboards
- Directing and supervising video production crews on shoots
- Overseeing video editing, animations, captions, voice-overs
- Managing project timelines, budgets and resource allocation
- Ensuring video deliverables meet PWS requirements
- Creating videos promoting ports, trade, tourism, and educating stakeholders
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated experience in video development and production
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Work Setting and Environment:
- Monday - Friday, normal working hours
- Work is to be performed remotely
- May entail travel between the U.S. and Canada
