Epic Video Game Bus is a dynamic and exciting player in the Video Game and entertainment industry, specializing in providing unforgettable experiences for children through Video Game and laser tag parties. We're currently expanding our team and looking for a dedicated individual to join us in this thrilling adventure.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate Game Coach Assistant to work closely with the owner in facilitating Video Game and laser tag parties. This entry-level position offers excellent opportunities for growth for the right candidate. If you have experience working with children, possess excellent communication skills, and have a knack for creating memorable experiences, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the owner to ensure the success of Video Game and laser tag parties.
- Engage and interact with children and adults to create a fantastic and enjoyable experience.
- Learn and share Video Game knowledge with participants.
- Operate our Video Game bus and eventually become the primary operator.
Requirements:
- Reside in North County San Diego.
- At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
- Own a vehicle.
- Experience driving a large truck or vehicle is a plus.
- Knowledge of Video Games, systems, tvs (training provided).
- Clean driving record for the last five years.
- Clean background and able to pass a background check.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Availability:
- Open availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Ability to work occasional weekdays for school fundraisers, student rewards, etc.
Pay:
- This is a 1099 position.
- Starting pay: $20 per hour plus tips.
- Once trained to run parties independently, pay will increase to $25-30/hr + tips.
- Current employees average $250-$450 per weekend.
