DIME® was founded in 2018 by husband and wife duo Ryan and Baylee Relf, who saw a need to provide clean, optimized skincare for people of all ages. As a skincare and beauty advocate, Baylee became a Master Esthetician in 2015 and learned skincare is not “one size fits all”.

Position Description:
The Video Editor will focus on crafting high-impact video content for paid social channels.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce high-quality video content tailored for various paid social platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand performance goals and translate them into effective video strategies.
- Apply creative storytelling and editing techniques to enhance viewer engagement and drive conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media video content.
- Use analytics tools to measure video performance and make data-driven adjustments to content strategy.
- Work on tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
- If experienced in motion graphics, create dynamic and engaging animated elements to enhance video content.
- Completes assigned training on time
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective video requirements.
- Experience in creating and optimizing video content for performance and engagement.
- Excellent storytelling skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Creativity and an understanding of the nuances of social media platforms.
- The ability to create compelling, conversion-driven video content.
- A keen sense of storytelling that aligns with our brand’s ethos and marketing goals.
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field, equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in video editing, preferably with a focus on social media or performance marketing.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Motion graphics experience, preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Consistently works in an office environment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and use fingers to operate a computer and telephone
Safety risks:
Ergonomic strains due to repetitive movement and desk work. Eye strain due to computer usage.
