- $13/hr plus share in storewide tip pool. (Can earn $15 - $18 with tips)
- must be 19 years of age since you are serving alcohol
Delivery Drivers
- $10/hr plus percentage of delivery fee and 100% of tips earned
All employees receive a free shift meal as well has heavy discounts at all GroundUP restaurants including Honest Abe's and Stauffer's Cafe.
Full time employees receive insurance benefit options after 60 days of continuous employment.
