MKTG Sports + Entertainment is looking for a dynamic and strategic Vice President, Sponsorship Consulting to join our team. You will be a trusted advisor to our Fortune 500 clients advising partnership strategy, activation, rightsholder management, measurement and be the industry leader for Formula 1 racing.

We are looking for someone with in-depth Formula 1 experience to manage strategic, integrated brand marketing and activation campaigns with our F1 roster of clients. You will lead a team of experienced marketers in developing, executing and measuring performance of global F1 activation programs. We support hybrid work (2-3 days in office) and travel at least 50% of your time. You will report into the EVP, Head of Consulting.

Responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge of and ability to navigate the F1 global ecosystem
• Collaborate with sanctioning bodies and rightsholders to help develop outstanding marketing partnerships.
• Negotiate with local, national, and global rightsholders on behalf of clients, securing win-win agreements that surpass client expectations.
• Lead a team of professionals with an ability to inspire the best work and cultivate careers for rising stars.
• Develop client solutions and present to the most senior levels and client organizations.
• Establish high-level relationships with client leaders and grow revenue through astute knowledge of cross-selling organizational capabilities.
• Write and develop POV documents to client-ready status.
• Contribute to the agency new business activities including brainstorming, presentation writing and presentation delivery.
• Frequent travel is required.

• 10+ years' experience managing strategic, integrated brand marketing and activation campaigns.

• 7+ years working within the Formula 1 ecosystem.
• BA/BS in Marketing related field.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,800-$174,900. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
