Our client, a well-respected and caring organization located in Manhattan, has engaged us to assist them in finding an experienced senior leader to act as VP of Utilization Management.
This role will be essential to the organization by providing the leadership, strategy and oversight for directing the operational performance, compliance and outcomes, both financial and regulatory, of the Utilization Management Department activities.
What we're looking for:
- 8 years of management experience in a health-related field.
- 10 years of experience in a Utilization Management position.
- Hospital based clinical experience required.
- Experience analyzing and using data to drive improvement activities.
- Knowledge of regulatory management in Medicare and Medicaid.
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's highly preferred.
- Active and unrestricted NYS RN license
