General Summary:
The Vice President of Staff Development will report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer. He/She will implement and manage initiatives focused on but not limited to professional opportunities/ development for Staff to include Education/Certifications, Training and Mentorship. This position will interface with agency Staff evaluating Career goals in accordance with Staff Development opportunities.
Education & Experience:
- Master’s degree in related field required. LMSW preferred.
- 5-7 years’ progressive management /supervisory experience managing Staff Development and Staff Training programs.
- A valid, non-restricted driver’s license is required for this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
