Over the next 3 years we aim to further consolidate our BankTech leadership position by expanding services beyond the well-established areas of data, digital, quality engineering and core, to select high impact/high growth streams across customer experience, regulatory compliance and cloud operations.
Role Description:
· Identify key stakeholders within named account across LOB’s & GEOs and map buyers across Technology, Business, Operations, Sourcing/Procurement & Vendor Management
· Prepare an account plan with intelligence on each LOB, Annual IT spend, competitors, eco system, BOW, key transformation programs, key BAU programs, competitor contract renewals, competitor pricing, account displacement etc.
· Work closely with Maveric’s four service lines of Quality Engineering, Data, Digital and Core Banking on positioning our services to stakeholders across the LOBs
· Experience around selling Customer Experience, Regulatory Compliance, Marketing Technology, Payments
· Bring insights around customer pain points in business and technology areas
· Take the lead on Proactive Proposals by understanding customer pain points and information gathered through intel
· Build strong relationships with the procurement and strategic sourcing teams/vendor management teams for price negotiations and RFP/RFI opportunities
· Own the end to end responsibility for contract closure and contract renewals
· Own tight weekly / monthly governance of progress against plan with relevant stakeholders
· Identify and prioritise opportunities around Fixed Bid, Managed Capacity, Managed Services apart from the regular staffing model
· Identify potential offshoring opportunities to our delivery centres in Chennai, Bangalore, Pune apart from on-site in North America
Mandatory Background and Competency requirements
· Min 12 and Max 18 years of experience, overall
· In the last 6 years, should have
o Had demonstrable new logo acquisition accountability
o Been in an IT services company ()
o Led Solution selling / consultative selling / content-led selling teams
o Had exclusive focus on North America
o Had experience of acquiring new logos with an Indian Offshore IT services provider for at least 2 years
o Leaders who have substantially worked in Delivery roles and later moved to Account Management (farming roles) may not be suited for this role
o Had substantial focus within banking on retail banking, wealth management and commercial banking (these are the main LoBs that Maveric focuses on)
o Relationships at C-Level at named accounts defined in our segment
o Significant experience in selling near-shore / offshore delivery models
o Experience in taking solutions around

Salary: $170,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
