We are a dynamic, growth-oriented company with revenues over $10 million, the vast majority of which is annual recurring revenue (ARR). Our goal is to at least double ARR within the next three years through both organic and inorganic growth. To achieve this ambitious target, we are in search of a highly motivated and skilled Vice President (VP) of Sales. This role is pivotal in our growth trajectory and is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a talented team of at least four high-level account executives and account managers.
- Drive the sales process from plan to close; actively engage in deal closures.
- Provide tactical sales coaching to enhance team performance.
- Oversee revenue operations, ensuring strict adherence to CRM practices.
- Manage and review sales pipelines, ensuring consistent growth and accuracy.
- Forge and cultivate strategic partnerships that align with our business goals.
- Partner with Marketing to drive new Opportunities
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of top performance.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing sales teams, preferably in high-growth or private equity-backed companies.
- A four-year college degree.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with high intellectual and emotional intelligence.
- Experience with Challenger Sales methodology or similar sales approaches is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 10% of the time).
