Job description

CuraLinc is seeking an experienced and driven sales executive to meet growth objectives for our employee assistance program (EAP) and wellbeing programs. The VP of Sales is responsible for developing and executing a strategy to increase CuraLinc's market share within a defined territory. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Sales and is an integral part of CuraLinc's management team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deliver a Comprehensive Growth Strategy for CuraLinc's Commercial Product Suite to Large-Market Clients within a Defined Territory
  • Manage and Extend CuraLinc's Relationships with Key Advisors
  • Provide 'Dotted-Line' Supervision to Two Territory-Specific Inside Sales Professionals
  • Apply Consultative and Solution-Focused Techniques to Position CuraLinc's Programs Effectively
  • Develop and Maintain an Understanding of the Role of CuraLinc's Programs within the Healthcare Benefits Landscape
  • Provide Detailed and Accurate Sales Forecasting
  • Monitor Market Development and Provide Insight within the CuraLinc Management Team
  • Foster Collaboration with Other Key Internal Stakeholders to Support Operational, Marketing, Service and Sales Alignment

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Seven (7) or More Years of B2B Production / Sales Experience within Healthcare or Employee Benefits (EAP, Wellness/Wellbeing, Clinic, TPA, Medical Mgmt., Carrier, etc.)
  • Stable Employment History
  • Exceptional Presentation and Written Communication Competency
  • Strong Critical Thinking Skills
  • Self-Motivated, Driven, Highly Organized, Detail-Oriented
  • BS/BA Degree
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite


This is a full-time, salaried role and includes a robust benefits package, with 100% company-paid single tier medical insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.
