The Position: Our client is looking for a Vice President of Population Health. You will be responsible for the provider networks clinical quality and utilization performance, risk adjustment and Population Health outcomes the pay range our client is offering is $175,000 to $200,000 depending on experience.

Requirements:
- Advanced Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or Related Field
- 10 Years of Progressive Experience in a Clinical Practice
- Knowledge And Application of Performance Improvement Techniques
- Experience as a Senior Level Leader, Clinical Integration, Performance Improvement And Population Health Management
- Utilization Review/ Care Management
- Risk Adjustment
- Administration/Oversight
