As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our company, profit and loss (P&L) accountability, ensuring operational efficiency, strategic growth, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading a diverse team, managing resources, and driving business development initiatives to achieve company objectives and financial commitments. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the wireless technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plans, directs, and controls all activities of all departments, to include, sales, marketing, product development, manufacturing, and customer support; through subordinate managers who, in turn, are responsible for the overall growth and profit objectives of their respective operations,
· Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve company growth goals and objectives.
· Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
· Participates in development of policies and procedures related to the operations of the company that are in line with business objectives, establishes short and long-term operating and financial objectives for the company.
· Ensures that approved policies and established objectives are clearly understood and effectively applied in all operating units within the company.
· Reviews and approves operating plans, programs, capital, and expense budgets submitted by operating units within the company.
· Measures the results of each departments activities against established schedules and financial objectives. Takes appropriate remedial action as necessary.
· Reviews and evaluates contracts, appropriations, and expenditure requests submitted by subordinate managers. Approves those within authority and submits those beyond authority to top management along with recommendations.
· Reviews and appraises performance of subordinate managers and recommends compensation changes as appropriate. Approves compensation changes for personnel within each department.
· Ensures that the organizational structure of each department is efficiently planned and adequately and competently staffed.
· Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the organization.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
· Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
· Regular required reporting to High Consequence Mission Sector leadership to include but not limited to: product sales pipeline, forecast, risk and opportunities (R&O), Internal Management Reviews, and annual budget builds.
· Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or related field and typically 20+ years of broad and diversified experience.
· Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably within the wireless technology or telecommunications industry.
· Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
· Experience managing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
· Deep understanding of wireless test and measurement products, technologies, and market trends.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Commitment to customer satisfaction and quality excellence.

· Supervision Received – Sector President, Senior Management.
· Supervision Given - Lower-level managers in the company.
· Internal Contacts - All employees & managers in the company; Senior Management of other organizational units.
· External Contacts - Clients; Government Agencies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $165,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
