  • Collaborate with organizational leaders to ensure maximum alignment in delivering and supporting the right product at the right time.

  • Maintain and share expertise on customers' evolving needs, industry trends, and changes across our community.

  • Communicate, communicate, communicate! You are not afraid to share updates with your peers and leadership, and you know how to communicate at different levels of the organization. You can sit next to one of your engineers to help them solve an immediate problem, and you are capable of updating the company's CEO on the progress made by your organization.

  • Lead team members' talent reviews, performances, compensation, goal setting, development, and top talent recruitment practices.
