The Vice President ofDigital Sales and Strategic Partnerships is a leadership role with responsibility for driving digital, social, content and experiential revenue growth across national teams and accounts by implementing effective sales strategy, opening doors and directing high-growth accounts. This highly-successful individual will be dedicated to growing digital advertising revenue through sales development and partnership as well as individual contribution.
This driven leader will work closely with Digital Sales executives and sales leaders on identifying and developing strong revenue opportunities, account development, managing strategic initiatives and onboarding new accounts. This individual plays a key role in driving the company's digital, brand studio and streaming revenue by serving as a catalyst for growth and new business acquisition, working both with direct clients as well as agencies. The VP Digital Sales and Strategic Partnerships reports to the SVP, Digital Ad Sales.

YOUR DAY-DAY
- Proactively initiate and maintain relationships with senior-level prospective client team members (CMO, SVP, VP and Directors of Marketing, Innovation, Brand Planning, Media Buying and Consumer Experience).
- Individually lead the introduction of TelevisaUnivision Brand Studio and its service offering to interested parties and Strategic targets.
- Accelerate TelevisaUnivision brand studio revenue growth by leveraging relevant audience platforms and consumer insights to selectively prospect high-priority new business opportunities in key growth areas.
- Confidently communicate TelevsaUnivison's value proposition throughout the sales process.
- Create RFP response / proposal documents, capabilities presentations and pitch presentations.
- Achieve revenue goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Build and maintain excellent relationships/partnerships with key decision makers
- Establish new accounts and oversee the management of these accounts.
- Lead executive solution sessions, demonstrating a clear understanding of industry pain points and marketing challenges.
- Strategic account mapping, forecasting, campaign development and closing new business.
- Assign target accounts, coach and mentor account executives in the content sales process.
YOU HAVE
- 10+ years of Digital client-facing experience in business development or similar role within a digital agency or consulting firm serving mid/large-size clients.
- Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales goals and driving YOY growth, with a demonstrated track record in closing new business
- Passion for digital advertising and content development as well as the unique ability to work and sell in a fast-paced, changing environment where ad products are often sold as technology is emerging.
- Exceptional relationships with digital agencies, social agencies and direct clients and must have established network of agencies, clients and brand managers.
- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills and the ability to translate ideas into clear, high-impact communications and have a fair amount of comfort presenting in front of a client.
- Expertise in Digital Sales processes, digital platforms, technical markets, pricing models, measurement platforms, technology trends, customer buying patterns and budgeting across all asset and platform types, including but not limited to display, video, audio, social, branded content, email and programmatic transactions.
- BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university preferred.
- Strong Sales and business development expertise, with a solid understanding of sales disciplines, strategic sales, consultative selling as well as strong presentation skills.
- Ability to capitalize on favorable market trends to pursue and establish new clients and partnerships.
- Success in initiating and engaging executive-level contact with marketers and their ad agencies, with capacity to work across job titles, from media buyer to the C-Level
- Demonstrated ability to quickly understand a brand's business, challenges, organizational structures, budgets, and timelines in order to develop solutions and strategies which directly impact consumer activation and sales through media and content development.
- Excellent collaboration skills, organizational agility and capacity to define the best path forward for key new business opportunities, secure partnerships and being a subject matter expert for account executives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to prospect large direct clients.
- Commitment to client successes and ability to build long-term marketing partnership relationships.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position.
Base pay Range - $175,000 to $225,000 + benefits
