ROLE SUMMARY 

As Vice President (VP), East at CorePower Yoga, you play a pivotal role in advancing our mission of delivering mindfulness through yoga. Leading a large portfolio of studios throughout the East, you will oversee the operational and financial success of 100 plus CorePower Yoga studios. The VP is a strategic leader, responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring profitability, building diverse and impactful teams, and fostering a culture of excellence. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES 

Revenue Growth and Profitability 

  • Develop and execute company strategies and initiatives to achieve financial, operational, and student-service goals for each studio and district. 
  • Implement remote operating systems to ensure team cohesion and collective results. 
  • Utilize analytics to identify trends, capitalize on opportunities, and drive business growth and results.
  • Align the field with company initiatives and strategic plans.
  • Participate in strategic pilots and projects to innovate and achieve operational efficiencies. 

Brand Ambassador and Operational Excellence 

  • Lead the company in delivering a world-class yoga experience aligned with CorePower Yoga's mission and quality standards. 
  • Collaborate with the Vice President, West and Studio Support Center on operations, providing solution-oriented feedback to enhance the overall strategy. 
  • Maintain high-level communication with employees, managers, and multi-unit leaders facilitating productive dialogue. 
  • Oversee consistency and quality in all programs, including managing physical assets and vendor relationships. 
  • Implement best practices and processes to optimize workflow and resource utilization. 
  • Ensure studios adhere to company policies, procedures, and day to day studio operations. 

Lead an Engaged Team 

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of district managers to ensure operational efficiency and consistency across studios with some level of localization. 
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a diverse and talented team of leaders and brand ambassadors. 
  • Ensure consistent training and execution of health and safety protocols across the company. 
  • Supervise, review, and coach the team for high job effectiveness and a rewarding work environment. 
  • Build and maintain a talent bench for succession planning and growth.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor's degree preferred. 
  • Minimum of seven years of service in a multi-unit leadership role, preferably within CPY.
  • Ten years' experience in a leadership role leading high performing teams.
  • Experience leading diverse portfolios in multiple geographies.
  • Completion of a Yoga Alliance 200-hour teacher training program preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership in building and retaining high-performing teams in fitness, service, hospitality, or a related industry.
  • Alignment with CorePower Yoga Core Values.
  • Excellent oral communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships with individuals of diverse personalities and styles at different levels of leadership.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks under multiple deadlines.
  • Proven self-starter with enthusiasm for taking on new projects.
  • Experience providing actionable and supportive feedback to team members and leaders.
  • Coachable with a growth mindset. 

THE FINE PRINT 

  • Ability to commute 100% of the schedule within the market. 
  • 50% travel required. 
  • Willingness to relocate depending on market needs. 
  • Reliable transportation for daily studio travel (mileage reimbursement available per business expense policy). 
  • Flexible availability to meet business needs, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. 
  • Ability to move around the studio space, attend classes, and travel.

COMPENSATION 

  • Salary Range: $175,000 to $225,000 based on experience 
  • Bonus potential up to 25%
