Veterinary Receptionist

• Clear Communication: Excellent communication skills are vital. We pride ourselves as a hospital on our top-quality customer service. Not only is clear communication important for client costumer service, but is crucial for a functioning team.
• Customer Service: A friendly and professional demeanor goes a long way. Clients want to feel like you care about their pets.
• Organizational Skills: There is no such thing as being too organized! Keeping track of the flow of appointments, answering emails, and relaying messages between doctor and client.
• Computer Proficiency: You’ll use software for managing appointments, client records, and billing (including Care Credit, Apple Pay, and Scratch Pay)
• Multi-tasking: Juggling various tasks simultaneously is expected. We are a multi-doctor practice, so we expect our customer service representative team to be able multi-task efficiently.
• Prioritization: Recognize on what tasks are more urgent than others. Excelling in time management is a must. An effective team is a team who knows how to prioritize appropriately.
• Scheduling: Confidently scheduling appointments, including wellness exams, sick exams, and surgical procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
