Advanced Animal Care of Mt. Pleasant is seeking an experienced Veterinary Client Service Representative to become a valuable member of our family! Job duties & expectations:
- Learn basic animal health protocols
- Answering phones
- Scheduling
- Maintain records
- Check-in & Check-out
- Relaying information
- Triaging phone calls
- Recognizing emergencies
The position includes 35 - 40 hours per week, we are open Monday-Friday. We do not have weekend hours (more time for relaxation!).
We are looking for someone who wants to join our family long term, and has a strong calling to improve the human-animal bond and help those who have no voice of their own.
