Veterinarian Dvm, $160K Comp + $200K Bonus, 3 Or 4 Days/Week

Comp Resource Group (CRG) has been retained by this growing 24 hour practice to assist in the hiring of a Veterinarian to join the team in Jacksonville, FL. We have been established for over 25 years and are constantly growing and trying to improve the way we practice and also improve the tools we utilize.

About the Veterinary Position:

We are actively searching for a veterinarian to join our staff of caring professionals that is comfortable with covering emergency shifts. We will consider new grads. The shift will be 6pm to 8am 3 to 4 days per week. You can choose if you prefer a 3 day or 4 day work week and which days you would like to cover.

We are a progressive facility that has full in house blood machines, digital radiology, anesthesia monitoring, ultrasound, etc. The staff of our hospital are committed to providing the best care to our patients.

The successful DVM will be a veterinarian who loves their work. This person will provide education to both clients and staff and also be willing to learn from others. We strive to provide the best care possible by paying close attention to the patient needs as well and the needs of the pet owner

Veterinarian / DVM Compensation:

• Salary range of $130,000 to $160,000 depending on choice of 3/4 day work week.
• $200,000 retention bonus paid $20k per year for up to 10 years.
