Form of workPeaks View Animal Hospital is a busy, seven doctor practice located in Lynchburg, VA. We are currently hiring for an Associate Veterinarian. We are looking for this DVM to work in general practice and ideally have an interest and/or experience in surgery(ability to perform a wide range of procedures soft tissue, dentistry, orthopedics *Mentorship available).
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and highly reputable AAHA hospital. Any experience level will be considered, 2 plus years of experience is preferred. The majority of our patients are companion animals.
Our doctors on staff have special interests in areas such as orthopedic surgery, reproductive medicine, rehabilitative medicine, behavioral issues, and dentistry. We believe in the delivery of up-to-date services to our patients in the most compassionate and humane manner possible and emphasize a caring and sensitive attitude toward our clients. We are located in the beautiful, rolling hills of central Virginia, only a short drive to lakes and mountains.

In addition, we have an in-house Companion regenerative medicine system to provide PRP and BMAC (stem cells). In 2018 we added a 5-18 MHz, 38mm Linear Ultrasound Probe (L64) to perform diagnostic musculoskeletal exams AAHA Central Virginia residents enjoy a relatively modest cost of living compared to surrounding cities.
