SalaryWe are seeking a full or part time associate for our small animal practice in northern Suffolk, VA. Applicant must be a “people person”, have a positive outlook, and good interpersonal skills. Client communication and relationship building are of significant importance to our practice. During our 25 years in practice, we have cultivated a relaxed environment with a sense of community and teamwork amongst our staff.
Our modern, state of the art, spacious facility offers 6 exam rooms, a large treatment area with natural light, separate surgical and dental suites, digital and dental radiology, as well as in-house diagnostic equipment, ultrasound and therapeutic laser. We are interested in any level of experience. We pride ourselves in our ability to provide mentorship opportunities to new graduates. An interest in exotics would be advantageous. Salary is a combination of base salary of $105,000.00, plus a 20% monthly production bonus that has no cap. Your peak salary is up to you! Benefits include: fees for state and DEA licensing, VIN dues/memberships, liability insurance, health insurance, paid vacation/sick leave, IRA retirement, and a generous continuing education expenses. This package offers an income potential above $160K. A substantial medical discount is available for personal pets and our boarding facility offers doggie daycare. We also offer a student debt loan reduction plan.
Our practice is located in Hampton Roads, with all the excitement of coastal Virginia, and easy access to the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Outer Banks.
