Job Description Qualifications:
The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for a Veterans- Associate/ Experienced/ SeniorSystems Engineer (Levels 2-4) to join current and emerging programs located in Berkeley, MO. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) business organization.
Engineers are the people who create, design and process the avionics in Boeing Defense Systems (BDS) products that we use in the modern world. Boeing needs experienced veterans who have worked on our product lines throughout their military tenure. We want you to join our team!
Position Responsibilities:

• Provides support to systems/specialty engineers in defining requirements, developing trade studies, performing analyses, and controlling associated data and information.
• Supports the gathering and tracking of reliability, maintainability and health monitoring data.
• Gathers data to support implementation of failure reporting and corrective action activities.
• Supports coordination activities for the development of certification and aviation regulatory proposals and plans and verifies compliance to requirements.
• Supports team to develop and document certification processes, tools and procedures.
• Works under general supervision

There are opportunities to work virtually, depending on program availability. Some positions will require to be 100% onsite.
Export Control:
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

• Associates Degree or higher

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience in avionics
• Experience using good communication, analytical, and organizational skills and be able to work in a team environment
• Experience within a design/build team
• Experience creating, developing, and/or maintaining engineering processes
• Strong knowledge of data structures, system design, and architecture

Typical Education:
Level 2: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years' related work experience, etc.).
Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc.)
Level 4: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+4 years' related work experience, 8 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range for Associate Level 2 position: $52,700-$71,300
Summary pay range for Experienced Level 3 position: $61,200-$82,800
Summary pay range for Senior Level 4 position: $73,100 - $98,900
