Fairfax Animal Hospital is looking for another talented Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team. We have recently added a highly skilled veterinarian who thrives in surgery. Our new LVT would assist this surgeon in basic and complex surgeries, as well as help with appointments.

Requirements
- Licensed Veterinary Technician, licensed in Virginia
- A Student currently enrolled in the final semester of a veterinary technology program would be considered
- Minimum 2 years experience in a small animal veterinary practice
- Organized, Strong attention to detail, Critical thinker
- Passion for team building and empowerment enjoys training others
- Willingness to work alternating Saturdays as well as some evenings (we close at 6 pm)
- Proficient in medical math, venipuncture, and anesthetic monitoring
- Able to lift 35+ pounds alone, 50+ pounds with assistance
