Job Description
Sells all products and services offered by the Company. Meet all sales objectives. Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders. Maintain strong knowledge of all Company products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features. Maintain knowledge of competitive offers and provide critical market feedback to the Store Manager regarding local competition and product/service needs. Handle service inquiries from customers. Provides efficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspects of product offerings and services.
Job Requirements
- Using entrepreneurial spirit to meet and exceed assigned sales goals
- Staying up-to-date on the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi, data devices, etc.
- Understanding customers' needs and helping them discover how our products meet those needs
- Multi-tasking in a fast paced team environment
- Working a variety of hours including weekends, evenings and holidays involving occasional overtime
- Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations
- Interacting with customers and providing prompt and courteous customer service to all customers in person, via phone or written note
- Position is commissioned and quota based
- Coach/train/develop store staff
Desired Qualifications:
- 1-3 years retail/customer facing/sales experience preferred.
- 1-3 years of management experience preferred
Compensation: $4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and team management.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Create a positive and engaging customer experience by providing exceptional service.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate pricing of products.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills to effectively market and sell products.
- Experience in wireless sales or retail sales is preferred.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse customers.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and manage a successful team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
