Responsibilities and Duties

• Smartlinks is one of Verizon’s exclusive partners in 5G Home Internet
• Attending prebooked events at apartment complex/ retirement communities and selling 5G Home Internet
• Must be willing to travel and work weekends
• Attending 1-3 prebooked sales events per day
• Individual must possess a strong persuasive sales personality
• Prebooked appointments are already approved locations, set up, interact with residents and show them the value of Verizon Home Internet
• Provide excellent service to both new and existing Verizon customers, by assisting with bill inquiries, technical support for devices, creating accurate quotes for Verizon products and services, and building lasting relationships
• Build rapport with customers and discover their needs, then develop solutions utilizing an array of devices and services created to keep them productive and connected
• Help to create and keep a loyal base of customers through networking and outreach, including attending occasional community events
• Creating personal connections to make tech look simple
• Excelling in a team-based environment
• Must have reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,600.00 - $75,000.00 per year
