The Verification Specialist is responsible for working closely with the Account Recovery Department to perform verification of accounts from both paper and electronic listings. The employee will update any pertinent information obtained through the verification process and ensure that all information is uploaded for the Account Recovery Department employees to use. The Verification Specialist must also process confidential information in an appropriate manner. This position offers opportunities for advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform verification of accounts from paper and electronic listings.
- Update and maintain accurate information obtained through the verification process.
- Upload all relevant information for use by the Account Recovery Department.
- Process confidential information in a secure and confidential manner.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Complete other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with computers and phones is beneficial.
Work Environment:
The Verification Specialist will work in a temperature-controlled office environment, seated at a desk during regular work hours. The role involves making telephone calls, typing on a standard keyboard, and reading and comprehending information from a computer terminal and written resources.
Compensation: The wage for this position is up to $18.00 per hour based on experience.
