Venue Sales Consultant

Entourage Events Group is expanding!!! We are currently seeking an experienced Venue Sales Representative to join our growing team! Candidates with wedding planning and/or catering sales experience, will enjoy a fun, exciting work environment and generous compensation based on production.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Ability to cultivate new client relationships and build your referral base
• Knowledge of event execution from start to finish is required.
• Responsible for preparing sales contracts, making revisions as needed, collecting payment, and finalizing all event detail to include client selections and outside vendor contracts
• Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to address concerns immediately to uphold company’s image and exceed client expectations
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

Qualifications:

A minimum of three years of experience in events or related field is required.

• Experience with a wide array of events, specifically weddings.
• We seek dynamic, motivated individuals with excellent communication (written, verbal and platform) and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and personable demeanor are required.
• An emphasis on accuracy and thoroughness with business acumen; supported by skills in critical thinking and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• An ability to work a flexible schedule is needed, including late afternoons/early evenings and weekends.
• This position requires self-motivation, organization, and strong project management skills.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
