**Overview**

Join our dynamic team at White Space Chelsea as our Venue Sales Manager / Event Planner, where your primary focus will be on selling our unique space and creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. This role offers the perfect blend of creativity, sales expertise, and client interaction, allowing you to utilize your skills in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities**

- Spearhead sales initiatives for our venue, focusing on pop-up exhibitions, fashion events, corporate gatherings, pop up shops and other events to maximize revenue and market presence.

- Cultivate and enhance relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing tailored solutions that showcase the versatility and charm of White Space Chelsea.

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that elevate our venue's profile and attract a diverse clientele.Utilize CRM tools to manage inquiries, track sales progress, and analyze data to inform future sales strategies and operational improvements.

**Qualifications**

- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the events or hospitality industry.

- Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills, with a talent for building rapport and fostering long-term relationships.

- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Strong organizational skills, with a knack for managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

- Familiarity with CRM platforms, demonstrating an ability to effectively track sales activities and customer engagement.

- A passion for events and a commitment to creating memorable experiences for clients and guests.
