SureCost is hiring a Vendor Relations Manager with a solid operational background to expand SLAs and KPIs for both existing and future Vendor Relationships. What You’ll Do Here: 
 

Your role involves building and nurturing strong relationships, fostering new connections, and ensuring operational discipline to enhance business outcomes for all parties involved. Leveraging industry experience, you will craft a dynamic success framework to drive improvements for our customers.

We're looking for someone with robust organizational, communication, and vendor management skills to efficiently handle requirements. Your contribution extends to establishing consistent guidelines, promoting their execution with current and new vendors, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Alongside the VP of Sales and Business Development, you'll be the primary point of contact for internal teams, addressing and resolving operational conflicts collaboratively. 

  • Create a monthly and quarterly scorecard and cadence with current and new vendors. Each occurrence will outline operational inputs/outputs that have been established and built into our agreements with each party.
  • Expanding forecasting capabilities, responses to forecasting, and market analysis.
  • Create and establish KPIs and SLAs for our current and future vendors.
  • Working cross-functional with our internal stakeholders to achieve the company's goals.
  • Oversee new business development by initiating and expanding business partner relationships.
  • Ensuring operational excellence to our partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Discovering additional opportunities to improve vendor performance, compliance, and operational efficiencies while creating a positive outcome for each party.
  • Proactively assess data to identify performance, process, technology, or personnel gaps. Identify key issues, develop hypotheses and methodology to verify or refute them, and understand the business implications of observations and analyses. 
  • Support VP of Sales & Business Development with vendor admin fees, reporting, identification of trends, market analysis, modeling, and gap analysis.
  • Quantify and prioritize monetary opportunities based on the impact of our business model.
  • Provide commercial teams ongoing database support including, but not limited to, creating new workflows as needed, implementing new product line items, conducting data clean-up and organization, creating new reports, sales lists, dashboards, etc.


 

What Skills You’ll Need:
 

  • A high school diploma or GED is required, a Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of account management, sourcing, and project management experience
  • Pharmacy Purchasing experience
  • Past group purchasing organization (GPO) or Trade relations experience
  • 2+ years of experience in business optimization, problem-solving, and strategic solution roles
  • Experience in driving internal cross-team collaboration
  • Experience with business analysis and P&L management
  • Experience in vendor management negotiations
  • Strong attention to detail, negotiation, and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Collaborate positively with project stakeholders to secure support and implement recommendations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate to extensive proficiency in MS Office suite, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Gmail, Slack, Confluence, Google Drive, and Smartsheet
