Stoneridge Software is looking for a driven & self-motivated Partner Incentives Specialist to join its growing team! As an Incentives Specialist, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue from Microsoft's Partner Incentives programs. You will work closely with key internal stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop strategies to help them achieve their Partner Incentives goals. You will also collaborate with internal sales & leadership teams to ensure that the incentives programs are aligned with corporate needs and driving the desired outcomes.

A Day in the Life

+ Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue from Microsoft incentives programs, including Microsoft Commerce Incentives (MCI), Cloud Partner Program (CPP), Claiming Partner of Record (CPOR), and other programs

+ Proactively identify, submit, and manage Microsoft incentives opportunities from lead to close

+ Prioritize incentives opportunities by client deadline, sales opportunity, and corporate strategy

+ Continuously learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Microsoft incentives offers by attending educational workshops, regularly monitoring updates from Microsoft, and helping to drive & revise the company's annual incentives strategies

+ Educate the sales & leadership teams on how to optimize Microsoft incentives opportunities

+ Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their business needs, provide guidance, simplify, and explain incentives programs so that they know exactly how to leverage Microsoft incentives programs to support their business goals

+ Collaborate across teams to ensure that their goals are aligned with overall corporate goals for driving Microsoft incentives programs, and that collectively they are driving desired outcomes

+ Monitor program performance and make recommendations for continuous improvements

+ Analyze data & operational processes to recommend ways to scale & grow incentives activities

+ Prepare and propose incentives strategies to internal sales, marketing, & leadership teams

Preferred Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

+ 3+ years of experience in incentives management, partner management, or related field

+ Strong analytical skills for analyzing data to drive insights

+ Excellent communication & cross-group collaboration skills for working with internal and external stakeholders

+ Ability to manage multiple projects & opportunities simultaneously and prioritize effectively

Work Location: This position is available on a REMOTE basis in the United States or REMOTE in Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan).

Travel Required: Incumbent is expected to regularly meet with client teams across the United States and Canada will be asked to attend industry events from time to time.
