Vendor Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead business unit vendor and operational strategy, implementation, and help internal teams activate vendors for program delivery and day to day operations
- Work with BAS teams to evaluate current workflows to proactively identify operational gaps or conflicts in existing processes, develop solutions, and create proposals for key stakeholder and leadership buy-in
- Serve as primary contact for cross functional partners and as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and advice for operational best practices and vendors
- Integrate and synthesize information from multiple teams, including programs, policy, and domain knowledge, in order to operationalize complex issues, mitigate risks, and solve problems
- Become an expert in the Meta business partner ecosystem and Meta’s suite of products
- Establish vendor strategy, operational playbooks, and resolution processes
- Effectively communicate operational and complex procedural concepts to non-technical audiences
- Effectively organize and manage multiple, sometimes competing, priorities
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 6+ years of experience in program management, vendor management, operational strategy, or equivalent experience
- Experience applying critical problem solving skills with demonstrated experience proposing solutions and enhancing operational performance
- Experience presenting complex policy related content to general audiences and senior business executives
- Problem solving and analysis experience solving business problems, individually or in a group setting
- Project management experience, including multitasking to lead and execute multiple projects in parallel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in roles within digital marketing
- Familiarity with Meta products and third party ecosystem
- PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project or vendor management certifications
