What We Need

We are looking for a Vendor Implementation Coordinator that will report directly to the Manager, Vendor Implementation. This team member is responsible for supporting the successful roll out of new vendor agreements within the Synapse Health DMEPOS network. This role will be responsible for communication between the other divisions within the organization while communicating with business channels and division leaders.

What You Will Do

  • Onboarding and leading discussions with vendors as users of the platform while providing continuous and on-going training during post implementation support.
  • Gather requirements, design, develop, maintain, and support implementation team as necessary to support further development to the vendor network
  • Training users on platform use by creating diagrams, videos, pdf's, etc.
  • Lead implementation of new processes and protocols once developed
  • Participate in building process workflows, communicating change, implementing executive direction
  • Data Entry and management of tracking tools, including reporting requirements
  • Document and catalog processes and protocols associated with the Vendor Implementation outcomes, providing feedback to Vendor Network Management on account management needs after post implementation support.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings related to Vendor support initiatives such as holding kickoff meetings, training sessions, or quality assurance discussions.
  • Gather and prepare detailed requirement documents for Vendor to support implementation and onboarding activities, user account information, technical requirements, identifying operational risks.
  • Accepts and performs other related departmental duties and responsibilities as assigned or apparent.

What You Have

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in DME experience required.
  • 3-5 years minimum in a DMEPOS position related to operations or customer service.
  • Experience in which the incumbent has been engaged in identifying and understanding the customers' needs, providing solutions, and presenting recommendations strongly desired.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills are required to perform the functions as described, including the ability to present information to vendors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and understanding of project management processes and techniques to perform the work described above required. A minimum of two (2) years of experience coordinating and/or managing projects preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and ability to learn department and job-specific software systems
  • Demonstrate organizational skills
  • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate analytical skills when problem-solving
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
