will need a valid ca license, for insurance reasons the cleaner the better

need to be trustworthy & need to know how to organize a schedule & maintain that schedule

need to be able to work on small wiring , working with lights, coin mechanisms, etc.

need to be able to talk to lots of different folks/ personalities

must be able to speak fluent English & Spanish is a plus
everything else will come with time.
